Sign up for the Show

Make sure you understand about all of the deadlines!

Once your account is activated, three (3) boxes will magically appear on the left-hand side of the Home screen.  The boxes are labelled  “Horse Registration - MANDATORY,” “Show #3 Registration,” and “Show #4 Registration."

If you don't see these boxes, that means your registration is not complete or you are not logged into your rider account.  Did you submit your forms?  Update your account?  Pay your dues?  Contact the Show Secretary if you think your account should be activated.

A.  Horse Registration

Click on “Horse Registration – MANDATORY.  (green box)  You will need 1 horse registration for the entire weekend.  This is where you order your stalls, pay your horse fees, and tell us the name of the horse.  

The horse fees are non-refundable.  

Stalls are $300 for the entire weekend.  Horse fees are still $60 per horse per day.  You will order tack stalls as additional stalls and split the costs among members of your barn. WE DO NOT SPLIT TACK STALLS.

B.  Sign up for your classes.

You can show both days if you want or just Saturday or just Sunday.  If you are showing both days, then you need to sign up for both Show #1 and #2 separately.  If you only sign up for one day, then you are only signed up for that one day.

You will need to sign up for dressage and HEJ (hunter, equitation, and jumper) classes separately.

The blue box is for Show #2 on March 24

DO NOT EVER HIT "Guest!"  You totally screw me up.

Also, DO NOT TYPE IN ALL CAPS!  (yes, you know who your are.)  There is no need to yell at me.

When you get your registrations completed, just pay your invoices.  The Horse Registration Fees and the Dressage classes must be paid by 11:59pm on March 9th.  You may pay your Hunter, Equitation, and Jumper class fees as late as October 27th, but please pay it before then. 

If your invoices (Registration Fees, Dressage, and HEJ) are paid by the Forms Due date for the show shown on the Homepage of the website, then you just need to come to signups to pick up your rider number and signup for class times. 

If you have multiple riders to sign up for a show:

1.     Register your first rider

2.     Hit the “Invoice Me” button on the payment page

3.     Hit the “New Registration” button at the bottom of the next page

4.     Hit the “Next” button on the next page

5.     And now, you can enter your second rider

6.     After this entry, you can pay your invoice through PayPal if you want.
